Blue spots under tongue!!

Hi everyone. Happy New Year to you all.

For the first time today I noticed under my tongue dark blue spotting...is it anything to be alarmed over.

Also my B12 level was printed >200. Normal folate and ferritin. I have since had my B12 injection . What does the > stand for... can anyone tell me please.

> means 'greater than'. I'm guessing it was an Active B12 test and that your result was too high for them to get an accurate reading. To be expected if you're having injections.
