Could it be thrush ? Yellowy white .

I had this orally fir the first time but I'd had antibiotics

Easy to treat if thats the case.

Perhaps colour of vitamin tablets could stain your tongue . I've not had this from vitamin tablets apart from one that had a red colour to If yoor mouth feels clean and not sore, monitor .

If concerned get if looked at by your doctor (easier said than done i appreciate) or speak to a pharmacist.

I've had this before and Dr told me it was dehydration, so something else to consider.

plse see a doc for testing - that's the only way of working out what's wrong. Blood sugar fasting test to start with probably and go from there...

Been tested for diabetes? (not the only cause of this but that could be one thing to check)

Is it glossitis? If smooth, thick and discolored it could be. I get that every time I’m low b-12 and is my reliable symptom. I also get more sensitive to spicy and acidic foods.

I did and it was swollen but I didn't quite realize that at the time. I would agree with the group, that it could be thrush. If you have taken antibiotics any time in the recent year or less, this could be the culprit. I do also have the glossitis because of B12. I still slur my words because of the swollen tongue.
