Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to cure little subclinical bumps under forehead. Ever since i’ve been taking b12 i’ve broken out with lots of them. My face wash does nothing, and i’m just wondering if there is any products I can use to get rid of them.

It's not uncommon when you first start supplementing with B12. The good news is thta they should be temporary.

Try chatting to your pharmacist. They might be able to recommend a better medication.

I've had lots of spots from b12 Larger and more spaced out but sore looking big whiteheads but were not. hairline and neck and of course face!! I've tried everything. I donly know do not pick or try and squeeze however tempting. Keep the area dry and clean. I've used a variety of things face washes . They are stubborn and as long as don't get infected will go . Lavender oil good to reduce any scarring. You can look up how to make a safe aromatherapy mix. Or pharmacist told me anti hist ermine cream . Didn't do anything for Me. Any antiseptic cream thar is drying would help.

Morning

My daughter got spots just like yours when having loading doses! They went after a few weeks. No change in skin care regime. Her skin looks good now so hang on in there!

As others say - should hopefully go. If not, try products with salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. Just be sure to wear sunscreen when using. Something not off the shelf in somewhere like boots will be best and although more pricey will last a long time. You may even be able to get your doctor to prescribe you something. Look for brands such as obagi or skin ceuticals or something similar if purchasing yourself although you may still need a prescription.

LED light therapy also really good for persistent acne however the spots may go in time as others have suggested.

I am taking iron, vitamin D, K2, folic acid, b12 and biotin supplements daily too. im just concerned that as long as i’m taking supplements my skin will never get back to how it used to be. Any advice? is it one of the vitamins that is causing the spots?
