SI IM first time - thank you for your help

Dear PA group

Just a very big thank you for your advice and help. I just did my first SI IM in the leg, was nervous but it went well, no pain at all which I’m surprised at vs Nurse in the arm!?

With AG PA I was started to get sore eyes and headaches as has been over a 1.5 mths since my 3 monthly so thought it’s my turn now. You can do it.

from all your advice I went for-

1. 20x pascoe 1.5ug from versandApo and arrived promptly. But when injected forgot it was 1.5ug

Through Medisave (and they gave a free gift)

2. The Terumo lure lock 2.5ml syringe

3. unisharp green 1.5in 38mm

4. and researched for the unisharp 1in 25mm needle

So for £65 i have 100 needles and syringes and 20 shots of Vb12- £3 VS £30 a shot.

A question please for your help. As the pascoe is 1.5ug, I accidentally (I know as I was so thorough with everything) injected 1.5ug and not 1ug as I should. Will this cause any issues ?

PS I am starting to run and cycle a little bit now since diagnosis in March.

Do not worry about injecting 1.5 shots of Pascoe You cannot overdose on B12. You will just pee out what your body can’t use . It is more expensive though than buying the popular Panpharma B12 depot Hydroxocobalamin. You can get this from versandapo.de

They are often out of stock so you should give your email address in the box they provide and they will inform you when they are back in stock . . Cost around €8..00 for a packet of 10 and €9.00 for courier .

As others said, 1.5 ug is not a problem. There are others on here that use the same dose, and others that inject 2x a day.

Versandapo charge same price for 200 boxes of 10, as for 1, for courier, so even cheaper.
