It is also important that your Folate level is monitored as this is essential to process the B12.
There is a complex interaction between folic acid, vitamin B12 and iron. A deficiency of one may be "masked" by excess of another so the three must always be in balance.
Symptoms of a folate deficiency can include:
symptoms related to anaemia
reduced sense of taste
diarrhoea
numbness and tingling in the feet and hands
muscle weakness
depression
Folic acid works closely with vitamin B12 in making red blood cells and helps iron function properly in the body.
What frequency of B12 injections are you on?
Some of your symptoms are also similar to B12 deficiency and your lupus and thyroid problems put you at risk of developing one.
I am not a medically trained person but there are others on here who will be able to give you good advice.
sounds like you are just in the process of receiving loading doses - if you had anaemia that will take a couple of months to clear so may be that it is just early days.
You mention you are Hypo and on 100 mcg Levo daily - do you know if you have Hashimotos as some of your conditions are auto-immune related and could be connected. I have Hashimotos and know from years of reading and learning from others there is quite a lot we can do to help ourselves .... so will await your reply before commenting further
