Hi. I just purchased some Dessicated Liver capsules to help build up b12 and iron. Has anyone taken Dessicated Liver capsules to their regime?

Dessicated Liver Capsules
Hello. I tried the capsules some time ago. I did the math and figured I'd need to take quite a handful to get a good dose, which I did take with no noticeable difference. They are quite expensive where I'm at so I did not try again. However, I saw a bottle of Now brand dessicated, non defatted liver powder on closeout months ago and started taking a TBSP a day mixed in water. It is disgusting. 😂 But I drink it most days and I tell myself that it is what feeling good tastes like! I noticed straight away that it was doing a lot and since adding it to my daily regimen, I've reduced by a lot the oral B12 I'm taking. I know they say if you can't absorb it in your stomach, it's not worth much. But....before B12 was isolated, the treatment was a pound of raw liver a day and from what I've read, it worked. I've not been tested for the antibodies and I've only found 2 oral capsule brands that keep me feeling best. On a side note, I've wondered if the intrinsic antibodies are just another symptom of deficiency that some have rather than a cause.
No but I eat liver once every week. I have never heard of them before.
Just be aware that too much Vitamin A is not good for you. So don't go silly with the number of capsules, follow the instructions.
