The liver contains B12, which contains cobalt.

There is no way to get B12 into your body without gettting cobalt in there as well.

No, you couldn’t use the cobalt used for a pottery glaze.

Cobalt is a vital part of the B12 molecule, but it is a small part. Without the rest of the molecule is is useless. And the human body cannot make B12, so you have to consume the whole molecule.

It’s like a piston. A vital part of a car engine, but if I want my car to actually go somewhere I need a whole engine in it, not just a load of pistons.

Hi Ken-ard20 eating raw liver three times a day was one of the options offered me over 46 years ago when I was first diagnosed with P.A.

Fortunately (much as I love baked liver and bacon with onions and gravy) the other option was B12 injections for the rest of my days which I took and I'm still "clivealive" aged 77.

I wish you well.
