Hi, if I have another blood test for B12 in 8 weeks, will the single injection I have just had ( the first one) skew the results or will it have left my system? I need to try and get an accurate result of i can. Many thanks.

it may or it may not - depends on how you metabolise B12 - but generally the recommendation is refrain from supplementation (which would include injections) for 3-6 months before a test.
Sorry that your GPs surgery is so useless.
Really would suggest that you ring the PAS again and also update them on what is happening.
