Hi,

Just wondered if any of you had taken ATP, Adenosine Triphosphate and whether it helped with fatigue and if there any possible side effects from taking it.

Taking b12 made some of my symptoms disappear but I'm still very fatigued.

Thanks

Have you tried taking any adenosylB12 - you can get sublinguals which is what I use.

ATP works by releasing one of the phosphate molecules to become ADP + P + energy. Cells will then rebuild this to ATP when energy is available. Suggest adenosyl B12 because it seems to be related to the process though I'm far from clear how.

Hi,

I did try some adenosylcobalamin, capsules not sublinguals. They had no effect on me. Can you pm me the name of the adenosyl sublinguals you use?

Thanks.
