Hi foxglove. I use Jarrows Methyl 5000iu lozenges, as do a lot of folks on here. I'm sure there'll be a selection of opinions along shortly :)

I ha e just been trying jarrows 5000mcg as I was unable to get my normal solgar methylcobalimin 5000mcg at a good price. I thought that they would be the same but to be honest I'm not finding them to be as good and seeing a few symptoms rearing up.

Have been recommended Superior source no shot B12 and as it seems to reasonable price think I will try that!

I use Superior Source "No shot" methyl sublinguals, 5000 or even 10,000 mcgs. I get them from Amazon or Swansons vitamins, whichever has the better price when I need to restock. I'm in the U.S. but Swansons is international. The Superior Source "No shot" work much much better for me than Jarrows.

Good luck! :-)

Do you take these daily?

Hi,

I take them on the days between b12 injections. I inject every other day, so I take them on the days I don't inject I take 3-5 of the 10,000 mcgs. strength throughout the day. ☺

Thanks, have checked and at the moment Swanson's seems good value. (I am in uk) Another person has also given good report on "no shot2
