Hi does anyone know if you can take ferrous sulfate and magnesium together, or would it be best to space them out? x

Magnesium competes with iron for absorption so they need to be taken apart. There are so many things that inhibit iron absorption that I tend to take mine on its own with orange juice just before I go to bed :|

feel like i rattling with all the tablets..have to take vit d with vit k in the morning, iron 3 times a day and then fit the magnesium in somewhere lol x

Oh I know how you feel! At one point I was on D3, K2, folate, glutathione, trace mineral drops, magnesium, iron, B12 and thyroid meds - that was a blinkin' nightmare!
