Pelvic restriction

I regularly experience the feeling of heaviness and constriction in my pelvis. Cancer has caused a hemicolectomy in 2004, completions colectomy in 2009 and removal of my gall bladder in 2015. I was born in 1943 and am female. I try to walk every day but feel “dragged down” and exhausted by my condition. My meds include: Colecalciferol; Atorvastatin; Candesartan; Omeprazole; folic acid; also health supplements: glucosamine; omega fish oil; turmeric; multivitamins + minerals.

I wish to feel fitter and more energised and would appreciate any positive advice offered to me.

Pelvic physiotherapy might be available at your local hospital. You can ask for referral to a specific pelvic physiotherapist through your GP.

Or if you still see a hospital consultant they might be able to refer you.
