Hello Paris, Just read your post.Must be so disheartening and yes of course painful. Have you tried a Neurologist if it is Psychosomatik?

I have been there with this issue. Had all sorts of tests, some of them quite invasive to look at bladder and womb. No diagnosis. This was 20 odd years ago. I suffer on and off with it now but nothing like before. I am concluding that the reason for my pain stemmed from trapped nerves in my lower back and the reason I was getting this, and still suffer somewhat, is that I was veering one leg to the centre too much when I walked and therefore causing the hip compress the spine maybe even crossing that leg in when I sat. I have come to this conclusion now because I now suffer with problems in my foot, same side and my lower leg- nerve pains and muscle weakness. Sometimes I get groin, lower leg and lower back simultaneously burning. When I first suffered with the groin pain (which was often irritating my bladder and making me feel like i wanted to go to often...or that could also be my bowel sometimes) I was only about 40 and, in the end, after no diagnoses, I was sent on a pain management course which is a group course, and mine was 4 weeks long, and I can't express enough how useful that was. It looked at the psychology of pain, pacing your activities to keep the intensity lower, guided physiotherapy, ideas for "closing the pain gate" and help with reducing any medication which is not serving a good purpose. I wasn't immediately helped after that course but I was better in about 6 or 9 months...possibly because it helped me to get back into living, with less focus on the pain and I got back into part time work. Some time later I was more or less pain free(which doesn't happen for everyone). I may be back again now with a related pain but it was worth it because of the pain free years. I am hoping I could do something similar again.
