worried about skin graft

i had a skin graft on my hand for a burn 2 weeks ago. I got told to keep it still but unfortunately i haven't been able to do that and the other day it was itchy so i put my finger underneath the bandage and itched it then it started bleeding a little bit but then it stopped. Now im getting shooting pains into my fingers and pain killers aren't helping. my appointment to get it looked at is on Tuesday but i really want to know what you guys think:

Has my skin graft failed and if it has will i need it done again?

I've not had a skin graft but have had plastic surgery a few times. You need to contact the people who did the op asap for advise. Very important to do this I think
