In addition to my recent post am I likely to have withdrawal symptoms from stopping the daily Oramorph but continuing with Zomorph.

I agree with deejames's comment. A medical professional (eg GP or pharmacist) is best placed to advise you on medication queries, including concerns of withdrawal.
