Personally I find that a warm bath preferably with jets helps when I get leg cramps. Best etheral

Why bother asking if you know the answer?

I just want to know what other sufferers prefer as standing or sitting under a dripping tap is not helping the pain points🤔

Hello Bantamdyno,

Great question! I would imagine this would be a personal preference. For example, some people may prefer a shower due to the pain they experience stepping over a bath. Other's may not have issues getting in/out the bath and enjoy a soak etc.

I think quite often with pain it's about finding what works best for you (the individual).

Bath. Try drinking tonic water the quinine in it helps.

As I've mentioned my spasms and cramps dramatically reduced by going on the Haye diet.

Personally I love a bath, and I find the warm water eases my joints and relieves pain. But I would suggest that it depends what sort of pain you have. Local warmth from a heat pad can help pain in joints from certain conditions, but won't help pain which has to do with nerves such as neuropathy.

You mention spasms and cramps. I found that one medication I'm on, and need, brings this on but I can help it by taking extra potassium e.g. bananas. Some people find a magnesium supplement helps and many bath salts contain magnesium.

Warming up pain points that cause rls will have only short time relieve ,I found getting endorphins to go to these trigger points over time stops rls,but I also need to be on the Haye diet{google haye diet\\\\\\\].
