Foot ulcer

hi, i have a ulcer on my left foot, i had it for the last 20 months, i had a vascular app, it wasn’t vascular and recently i had a dermatology app at hospital, they said is a venous ulcer due to fact that i’m staying too much on my leg.

I changed recently the painkillers prescription due to having too little effect managing the pain but it seems nothing changed and when i say nothing changed is that the pain is same maybe worse.

I called 2 times in the last week to mental health crisis lane, i was mentally drained, i am same now but trying my best not to think about it.

i seriously think to call to gp next week to ask them to readjust my prescription but than they’ll say that i should give time, for gabapentin to work.

I really don’t know how to handle the pain anymore and I feel that at some point i’ll do something stupid.

i’ve tried meditation, i tried everything, nothing is working anymore and i just want this just to finish.
