Has anyone found cbd oil or cream to be helpful in easing SI joint arthritis pain?

Yes I have but not the kinds that can be purchased on the high street . CBD is not cheap and is not made from hemp which is often the case with over the counter products. I don't use them any more but I would suggest buying online but doing a bit of research first

Hi Jean I’ve tried CBD oil, Tablets and gummies for chronic pain and I feel it’s helping not like completely pain free but it certainly helps with the flare ups that I have. Good luck if you try them I started with a small dose 500mg or so and then increased it to about 1500mg

Those are super large doses of CBD, the patches I have are 15mg and 30mg, slow release over 24hrs, and I find the 30mg one too much at times.

Bought privately, if you're familiar with CBD prices BrownsCBD patches are surprisingly cheap.
