I would personally ring the unit where the procedure was carried out as they should have given you post procedure advice regarding washouts.

I agree that you should talk to the doctor's office that performed the procedure. If the instructions are hard to understand, ask for a written copy and discuss it with the doctor and someone you trust to make sure they are clear to you. We are not experts on this forum.
