I recently had the sudden problem of swollen legs and feet, the doctor told me that I should stop taking Felodipine ( which I have taken for twenty years) and it worked, which raises questions about what the heck is that all about ? However I am left with what could be described as giant blisters of water under the soles of my feet, it is like walking in a bouncy castle and is making me unsteady .by night time it is very bad with some blisters about half an inch high, does any one else have this problem?

I take Felodipine so I was interested to read about this - poor you! I have got very swollen feet at the moment and also a swollen right leg, but have had a right hip replacement on the 7th.

I am still very immobile because of severe pain so I thought it was that, but now I am wondering. I think I might try to ask a pharmacist as impossible to talk to a GP round here!

The GP has taken me off Felodipine this morning to see if I still need it and if the swelling in my feet will go down - not sure if it will work but wouldn't have thought to ask if hadn't seen your post, so thanks!
