I was prescribed this for insomnia. I have chronic serious nerve pain. It did NOT help me at all.

I had this years ago for insomnia but it turned out I had depression. I found it made the depression worse as it was like walking around in a haze. I think it would work well for anxiety though.

Yep, I've been taking this for a short time. Everyone is different, but it's main effect for me is sedation. It calm my mind down and does make me sleepy, which is good, but still feeling quite groggy the day after. Not sure of the long term effects yet.

I use it for sleep and it does okay for that. I think they prescribe a different dosage for depression I think...

It definitely helped w/ my insomnia! Had to stop it when I was still sleeping ~16-20hrs/day 2 months later.
