Dr says possible pinched nerve at l-1 and setting up pain management any suggestions to lessen pain until I see pain management? I’m taking arthritis strength Tylenol.

I have various things going on in my pelvis and I find hot water bottles work the best for me, but others find TENS machines work for them. Pain is a personal thing, as is what works best to relieve it.

Have you looked at the Pain Toolkit website?

Yes. Spinal pain, no matter the cause is complicated to treat sometimes without an operation and even that may not relieve pain. I have Arthritis pain in my spine as other places too and at the end of the day it's strong painkillers that give me relief. Heat treatment, mild painkillers, massage, A-D vitamins, even horse manure, isn't going to help, believe me. So sweet talk your doctor in asking for a strong painkiller and maybe, just maybe you'll feel human again. Take care.
