Sharp pain in foot

Hi, I randomly got a really sharp pain in the bottom of my foot, and it was tingling slightly after for a bit. Anyone know my problem?

This could be plantar fasciitis among other things. The person to see for feet is a podiatrist. Assuming you are in the UK In some areas you can self refer, in others you have to go though your GP. Some GP surgeries have got together to hire their own podiatrist.

I have the same problem and was at the hospital with it yesterday. It is plantar fasciitis. They placed a support in my shoe. Told to use ice and do Theraband foot exercises. I have to go back in four weeks. Good luck
