I work with small little babies all day so constantly on my feet constantly moving and carrying heavy babies. While working I’ve developed horrible neck pain, lower back pain but most painfully hip pain on the right side of my hip. It excruciating to climb into and out of bed, to walk, to bend down and mostly everything to be completely honest. I made a doctors appointment but that’s not for another two weeks unfortunately. I’m dying. Any tips so i can be comfortable in the mean time? I read on the internet that it could be bursitis? But I don’t know I’m lost😭

Hip pain!! Please help?
Whilst reading your post, I felt this may be Bursitis because I have this.
I find it helpful to give heat to the hip, such as a wheaty bag heated in the microwave for approx 2 to 3 minutes, sit your hip area partly on this with a layer of towel on top if too hot. & then the rest of the long wheaty bag slightly further up. A hot water bottle also useful.
Your GP may suggest a telephone appointment with a Physiotherapist for exercises or your GP may refer you to a Consultant.
Something else it could be sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Especially if you are doing things like carrying a baby on one hip or doing other things like that. GPs usually don't want to see people with pain like this until it has been present for 2 weeks because most hip and low back pain starts to resolve in two weeks. and is usually gone in 6 weeks. But it is worth trying to get an assessment by a physio and get some exercises so that it doesn't keep happening.
