I had someone with something similar it could be something to do with circulation but I would get it checked. Hope this helped.

Yeah it seems like it. Some days nothing happens then all of a sudden it does

Yes I get numbness in my legs (still undiagnosed) it can be annoying, Hope you get a solution or diagnosis soon.

Might be a trapped nerve in your neck. I get pain and numbness down my arm and hand after investigation it was diagnosed as a trapped nerve.
