I’ve been on Fentanyl now I’m on Buprenorphine gabapentin and zapain which is 30mg codeine 500mg paracetamol that’s just the pain and 7 other different medications for other illnesses I have arthritis of the lumbar region right foot left knee left hand which I have steroid injections in every three months and Clavicle disc degeneration at the top of my spine as well I’ve got my pain in control at the moment I feel like I’m not me anymore

Of course you don’t. You are so over medicated and you must feel sedated or brain fogged. Can you try eliminating Gabapentin? Why are you taking it?
30 mg coedine is a very high dose. Your brain chemistry must be a mess!
When was the last time you had a thorough check up by a rheumatologist and neurologist? You need help quickly. Good luck.

The gabapentin is a neuro blocker that stops the pain signals from the brain as I have a spur that’s completely blocking one of my nerves in the lumbar region no not really I find I cope quite well with the medication I’ll see my doctor every couple of months that because I have emphysema I see a nurse every couple of months as well so I’m well looked after really really really well looked after and I’ve been on them for the last three years so I’ve got well used to it now and again I do have a lot of sickness as in once every few months there’s a couple of days where I’m very sick due to the fact of the medication then I can’t take the medication for a couple of days and then I’m back to normal I take medication it’s all all rectified itself as you know you do get used to things

I am you would be amazed at how many illnesses I’ve collected after just having one illness from 2011 I’ve collected loads more and one very rare eating disorder but I’m still happy as long as I’m alive I’m happy

I’m not sure it was a couple of years ago I know I still had a lot of pain I now take 20 micro gm an hour on a seven day patch of morphine which I find works a lot lot better than the Fentanyl did but I can’t remember to be honest how many milligrams I was on it started in a liquid form in the patch and then it went to just a normal patch but I didn’t find it helpful at all to be honest

It was called nutcracker hypertensive but then they re-classified it as a spastic jackhammer I don’t eat they feed with Supplements I get from the chemist that mixed with milk there about 300 and some odd calories a time I have 2 a day to stop malnutrition know I’m quite thin but I see a specialist I’ve had Botox injections in the muscle above my stomach about 12 the last ones were September last year but in November I had a amputation of the top of one of my fingers due to streptococcus meningitis but I’m alright

Morning Rab I have emphysema I have severe asthma I have a hiatus moving I just hernia I’ve Clavicle disc degeneration I have severe arthritis of the lumbar region of my spine where A nerve is trapped arthritis of the left knee left hand and gout of the right foot I also suffer with post-traumatic stress syndrome I take a lot of medication and eating very very little because I get something called non-cardiac pain which is like a heart attack but it’s not an heart attack I have lots of Botox injections for it , can get hard but you just keep going

No my sleep is rubbish they give me Botox in The muscle at the bottom of the oesophagus I’m a sleep when they give me the injections yeah the pain the pain is chronic all the time all the time the amount of medication I take for everything is it is phenomenal I feel like I’m not on the chemist ha ha

I know pain all the time people don’t understand not even doctors the specialists don’t get it it doesn’t stop to be honest I can’t remember the last time I had no pain but it can get you so down but you have to just get on with it yesterday I ordered a heated massage reclining chair to see how I go sitting down hurts so much it’s a pain in bum 😁
Have you tried tried the tens machine I've got the chair I hardly sit in it to be honest it dnt help much either!! I know you told me u was malnutritioned because of a heart problem but eating disorder is 2 different things xx♥️♥️

Have you had a problem with eating because that can be one of ur biggest reasons you have health problems and ur heart can't take to much food now or ur belly starts hurting if you get this problem it might be acid problem or ibs

I miss one post traumatic stress syndrome which I take quite a bit of medication for 🤪
OK so I googled it its abit likr depression right but more complicated I think so either you have been through something in ur child hood or either with all ur health problems it's normal to go through this must be very hard then smiling ☺ for others how sad you make me feel strong thank you I thought I've been through so much I guess we all have take care lots of love xx

For the post traumatic stress I take Citalopram 40 mg a day A seven day morphine patch and zap pain which are 500 mg of paracetamol and 30 mg of codeine which I take eight of them a day and then I’ll take three gabapentin’s at 300 mg a time and that’s a day and that one is just for paint
Nutcracker non-cardiac nerve pain is excruciating. I empathise with you. According to my cardiologist and neurologist it's about 10 times more painful than a heart attack. Eating can trigger it.
When I get it it cuts the circulation off to my left arm in its entirety.
People shouldnt suggest that "you are over medicated" until they know the true pathology of your disease. I hope the Botox is helping
Thank you at last someone can understand the pain and understanding of the disease the Botox does work for me at the moment but saying that I did have at least 8 -12 injections of it last year I hope you are as good as can be
