So , my recent type ups said that I had chest pain , dizziness , generalised pain and tiredness and also been told I have slight High blood pressure for my age (17) , I have been given my blood results and all my bloods came back normal , however the chest pain is still here and it’s starting to cause great anxiety Even though my heart rate was normal when the Doctor done it . when the 24hr blood pressure gets done I will hopefully get more answers

But anyone with fibromyalgia or Costochondritis , what signs shall I look out for and do these conditions cause chest pain as it comes and goes all day , everyday.

Persuade your parents to take you to an Alexander technique teacher. They may or may not be able to help.

Have you had your thyroid checked? If so get the results and post on the thyroid page here.
