I am sixty eight, when born I was found to have a hole in the heart, in a way I was lucky. I still have the hole and my bloods are 120/80 and 3 for colestrol . I had my bloods done last Thursday. If your GP says nothing to worry about , trust your GP.
Try and avoid a catheter, there can be a risk especially if you do not need it, move on and live your life If I am still around there must be hope.
Sounds like you’re just having panic attacks. I get them from time to time 35 yo here. They scare me sometimes and other times I have to call myself down. Never believed in it before but I had a dr show me a meditation app and it really helps. Try the app “calm” it teaches to you relax.
Look into it being muscle strain or bad posture.. if doc says you are fine then quit worrying and making yourself ill.
Have you seen a cardiologist? Had an EKG and other heart specific diagnostics? I would not expect that an ultrasound, CT scan, or MRI are the correct diagnostics for heart issues. There are many heart specific diagnostics.
Did the same doctor order all these tests? If so, it’s time past time for a second or third opinion.
Have you had your thyroid checked? Thyroid disease can cause random heart pain. How old is your daughter? Did this pain start during or shortly after pregnancy? Pregnancy can bring on thyroid disease.
What is being done about your tachycardia?
Have you tried magnesium or had potassium levels checked? These can cause tachycardia and pains if low, also look into b12 & folate as anemia can cause chest issues too
