I'd like to ask if any of you have tried Turmeric capsules to help with muscle inflammation.
I have recurring lower back pain and regularly go to a physiotherapist, she said it may help to try this supplement.

Turmeric is very good to cook with being an anti inflammatory compound as well as it improves your overall health condition , the real benefit is cur cumin which is found in turmeric , Its the cur cumin that really does the big job of reducing your inflammation.
It is so good that my blood circulation has improved at least 5 fold , I no longer have thick dead skin on my feet that i could cut off with a knife , so much so my feet are now soft as a baby bottom and so on it really is a miraculous tablet made by Swisse pharama , Even our State Government has written to Seniors recommending its use in cooking , i say buy Cur cumin in Tablet form and take 2 a day
I have used Turmeric from Healthspan the liquid capsules and find it generally helps, I suggest that you try it for about 3 months and then assess if you feel any better. This company is realiable and delivery is wonderful.
I have been taking the capsules for a few months now . Do not help me I'm having leg spasms all day I don't know what helps anymore. Good luck with yours.
I have tried Tumeric capsules and was unable to tolerate them because of GI upset.
Hi
I drink turmeric latte, have to admit at first I didn’t think it was helping but drinking everyday does help after a few weeks.
It is known to be good for inflammation and at moment I’m studying all foods that will help with this, it’s quite an eye opener and I read on here that someone who changed their diet really improved their pain, I think it’s worth a go.
Good luck
My sister says she has bought turmeric pepper and is feeling a lot better.
