Turmeric and inflammation: Iv been looking into... - Pain Concern
Turmeric and inflammation
There has been quite a bit of discussion on various forums here. If it is any help - just type in Turmeric into the box and posts will come up.
I've not listened for a while but do remember some good chats. Always plus and minus!

Hi Kitchard, that sounds like a good cocktail to relieve inflammation. I do a herbal tea concoction similar, no milk as that causes more chestiness. Hope it works for you. Most things need to be taken regularly to help, just like drugs do.Trial and error to find the best for you.
Will be very interested to see how you get on.
I make Turmeric Golden Paste and am having really good results from it for pain and inflammation and increased blood flow to my extremities. Have a look here turmericlife.com.au for the recipe and lots of other information. It explains how to make the Golden Paste which takes about 10 minutes, the importance of the curcumin percentage in the Turmeric you buy and how using cold pressed coconut oil or olive oil and freshly ground black pepper makes the Turmeric much more effective. Hope you have success with pain relief.
They also have a Facebook page which is brilliant too facebook.com/groups/4153137...
Thankyou il have a look at that
Hi this is the first time I have posted here. I have osteoarthritis, Lupus, and Fibro amongst other things. I am always interested in finding natural remedies that may help inflamation and have tried turmeric but found it quite bitter. However I came accross a site called Turmelicious that makes chocolate drinks with turmeric and have been trying them for 2 weeks. Its early days so the verdict is still out. Just thought I would share
