New knee pain

It's 9 months since my tkr and until the last few days I had no pain and I was doing great. I had full range of motion the day after surgery and was able to walk almost normally without a walker just three days after surgery. According to the doctor my knee was not only bone on bone but was off by 15 degrees. He was shocked at how fast I was recovering. However just like my first tkr I developed a lot of nausea which lasted this time for 4-5 months. I'm 62, have both Sjogrens and fibromyalgia. I don't know why the severe sudden pain, but it feels like it did before surgery. On my first tkr 7 years after the replacement it started to slip and I had to have surgery on it once again.

Right now I can barely bend my knee without pain and it buckles on me when I first put weight on it. I
