Hi my smears have always came back abnormal for the last 8 years, I had a cervical biopsy a few weeks ago, it came back normal.
I still have the pains I was getting before but they now seem to be sorer, I feel like I’m being a pest when I go to the drs, the pain is the left side of my abdomen sometimes travels to my back, also sometimes the pain is under my belly button & travels down the way. My urine samples are normal, I’m fed up moaning that I’m in pain all the time but it just won’t go away

I wonder if you have any bowel issue that needs investigations?
I don't think you should be sore on the left after going. I get that sometimes but , then, I do have a number of bowel conditions I am aware of - including severe conditions in the Sigmoid colon and the Rectum.
Please don't feel like a pest when you go to the drs. You haven't been diagnosed yet - so you have to keep going back until the GP finds out what's going on.
I wonder if a referal to Colorectal Specialist might help? Or Gastroenterologist?
Is there ever any blood in stool? Perhaps it might be an idea to get a sample sent off to lab?
Did your Gynaecologist do any other investigations ?Pelvic/Abdo Ultrasound scan also Internal Ultrasound?
My mums mum has bowel issues she has a twisted bowel & something else...
they didn’t do any other tests or scans just a colposcopy & a biopsy, one thing I do notice aswell without being too detailed, sometimes after sex & I go to pee it feels like something moves down the way back into place does that make sense ?
Perhaps you need to discuss this with GP or Gynaecologist? Do you think you have some pelvic floor weakness? Some mild to moderate prolapse? There could be constipation without knowing of it. Pressure from full bowel could cause some problems with Diverticular or other conditions. Keep going to GP till you find put what's causing the pain.
Increasing fibre in diet, drinking plenty of water and pelvic floor exercises may help.
But see GP. I can only guess from my own experience.
Now let's get one 'Thing' straight here.....If you are in Pain, especially if you are worried- as you clearly are-, then you are NOT being a 'Nuisance', you are asking for advice/help! You might have a Pelvic Floor Weakness, you Might Have An Infection, You might Have The Beginnings of 'Something' more Serious, you Might......Go to the Doctor/Consultant and find out what you DO have! Sorry to be so Blunt, but........
You say that your Bowel Movements are 'Normal'? However you can experience pain, after you have 'Been'? Sorry to be 'Blunt' again, but is this when you have strained?
Please don't think that I'm being Nasty Stace, it's just that I'm anxious that you get the right treatment.
Please can you let us know, how you get on? In the mean time, I hope that you had a Pleasant Christmas and have a Happy New Year 2018 (2018!).
