Pain in hip and down leg

Hi just wondering if any body as suffered pain in hip when sitting down my pain is so severe I can't sit for a second before having to move feels like some things pressing on something when I push my weight down when sitting

It could be bursitis. Or hip wearing out. Or sij pressing down. Or referred pain

This is how mine started , go see your doctor and get it checked , could be bursistis or sciatica etc

I have a question for you do you walk with a limp because I do and i wear a lift for my drop foot. When I first started wearing it I didn't put a lift on my opposite foot and that threw my balance off so my physical therapist fix that and put a lift on the right it worked but I did have a clicking in my hip when I was off. Maybe this will help you good luck.

Not so much a limp but I've got flat feet but when I stretch my leg I get severe cramp in my thigh and I can feel the muscle tighten up

This is the feeling when your old hip is beginning to wear. You generally feel that the joint is a bit disconnected and stings around the groin area. See your GP if it worrying you and ask for an X-ray.
