Hi. I am new here. I am struggling with necrosis of my right lower jaw bone as a consequence of radiotherapy for tonsil cancer. I would be grateful if anyone could give me advice on nerve pain relief that has worked. I've weaned myself off of pregabelin and wondered if there was an alternative as the side effects were too much to cope with. Thank you

I'm going to ask an oral surgeon friend of mine regarding the HBOT. I thought it was standard of care for this condition.

From my oral surgeon friend: HBO is critical as hypovascularity and resultant hypoxia of the tissue is the defect. This can be improved with HBO which stimulates angiogenesis.
