Pain at bottom of spine
Have you thought about going to a doctor and asking them?
Sorry, I have suffered with that it the past and its not fun. Have you seen a gp, physio or anyone else with it? You can buy special donut pillows that can help while you recover. Try not to sit for too long.
Hope the pain disappears soon
See a doctor of course but it's possible you bruised to at some point. Only a doctor can diagnose you.

You need to see a doctor, I once broke my coccyx and I've never had pain like it. You can't sit down, stand up or find any way to get comfortable. Good luck. D
Hi I had the same thing.A MRI Scan of my lumbar spine showed disc bulges with nerve root impingement.Ask for a Mir scan to see what is causing pain bottom of spine .Good luck let me know how you got on.x
I have a pain in my rear also but it is only about a 2 or 3 out of 10 level usually. It is like the nerves have too much feeling. It burns in the back bottom of my spin frequently and is very uncomfortable sitting, especially on hard surfaces. I had a scan and they said it was probably sciatica or stenosis. The doctor was unable to help get rid of the pain. I just found out they may have a means of burning the offending nerve(s) and stop the pain. I will believe if it works. I have an appoint with a back doctor who does the procedure and will update this website when there is a determination of success or not.
