Pain in left arm

Hi I been getting aches and pains in my left arm witch goes round my shoulder blade and under my breast bone I had injection for calpol tunnel but now they saying I haven't got it? Can someone help as this as only started since having my son a year ago

I've had it for 18months now since I gave birth to my son I also get off ballance aswell but I did have a burst air drum?
