His body jumps off the bed almost 10 in if he does not take >>>>.... He found that taking magnesium helps so much. He also takes trazodone but not nearly as much or as often if he takes a good amount of magnesium and Vit D3.

My daughter uses unprocessed apple cider vinegar local raw honey and warm water as a first "drink" of the morning.(4 to 8 oz) It has helped her pains and depression due to pains. Just little FYI's

Hope it blesses someone.

Yes your post is helping. I drink unprocessed apple cider vinegar evey day too. I takeit with warmed apple juice, makes it taste like hot cider...mmmm good. I just posted that I just started taking Magnesium. That it is helping with my what seemed like never ending pain...lol Now I'm going to add sulfur, as I have een reading good things that it dose to ones body.

I did not know the name myoclonus, my husband has it. He calls it restless leg but I knew it was more then that. I will start him on magnesium too. Thank you.

Hi kcsnaunnie,

That all sounds really great. I think that is called thinking out of the box!

Can I ask how did your husband find out that he needed magnesium and Vit D3? Did a deficiency show up after a blood test? I am trying to do reseach into Vit D and the Vit B Complex. I would be very interested to know.

Thank you
