See your Dr. If it's broken there's nothing they can do. However you can tape your little toe together with your next toe to act as a splint while it heals.

Owwww that does hurt . Ice pack will help if swelling . It is gonna hurt for a while. A pain cream or spray might help . Doc might tape it for you.

Doctor will only tape it. Broken two toes this way myself, I just taped to the next toe and got on. The bruising and swelling will go down over the next couple weeks.

I did the same thing many years ago and it was agony. Most of that area of my foot was black and I could only limp for weeks, I am sure my little toe was broken but I just hobbled about until it got better. Bathing it with Arnica or Witch Hazel may help. I would leave it a few days and hope it gets better as I don't think there much anybody can do.

Yes, tape asap. 1. Gauze pice between small toes and next one. Wrap both in gauze, tight but comfortable. And tape. In the correct, previous one.

Take paracetamol. If you have other pain, then add ie ibuprofen. All basic are available in £1.00 shop. Used moderate amount of painkillers or higher dose right now. It will heal by itself.

Hope that helps.

Get well soon. 🌷

Blessings.

Tighter, woman! Or man! I don't know or recall. 😀 Don't cut the blood flow. But snug enough. 💗

Bandage it DAY and night. Will decrease the pain and ensure it heals in the correct position! Honestly next time I'll send you to A&E AND make a home visit! 😀

I ve broken four toes and had a ballerinas fracture (side bone if foot!) playing rugby as well, you can imagine the mickey taking! The two lots of toes were both splinted, gauged and taped up, the only difference being in one set the big toe nail was off and the next barely hanging on so that had to be dressed first. Nails grew back fine except some told me they wouldn't if nail bed gone. Missing nails much worse than actual broken toe.

I personally wouldn't wear any thing that makes your feet sweaty like trainers or boots etc, I went for open toe Birkenstocks for first week. Painkillers as needed I used neurogenic to help with swelling too. Good luck nothing doc can do but do go and get it checked if doesn't feel right or A&E as the first thing he'd want is an X Ray!

Good luck your making my toes tingle now!

Patrick 😊

Try Coban tape. It would stay in place well during sports and helps reduce swelling by compression. You can order it online or any drugstore should have it.

Remember to only take Ibuprofen if you're able to, (any contraindications) and only if you're eating & drinking plenty.

Go to A&E. You may have slightly dislocated it or sprained a ligament. Someone needs to see it.

Yup that's what I thought but I kinda don't want to spend money if nothing is really wrong with my toe :/

Probably just normal bruising coming through, Arnica is good to speed along. Might want to do a nerve edin test my having you randomly touch damaged toes and undamaged toes, if all match then great if your unsure then stay of foot and off to Docs to check nerve endings. As always we can only give personal advice and if doesnt heel up or worsens I woukd go straight to And E.
