Painful legs

Legs feel like lead. Hurts to walk sleep sit everything I do it very painful I was told I hve a herniated disk wht do I do

Hi.Octavia..I've same prop..really.could chop my legs off..and feet matter a fact..I've DDD. And discs out.and solisis.. Can't spell.and scarel damage..oh and a discs moved forward..2 discs out on my s1 nurves..sciatica is really painnfull....I feel your leg pain..have you back props.

Your doctor should send you to physical therapy. I have the same thing, so know what you are going through. They can give you pointers to help relief the pressure on the nerves. Plus an anti-inflammatory helps also. Hope this helps sweetheart!!! xxxx Mitzi

Sorry to hear about your pain. My doctor sent me to physio which did not help my pain it was only when I got to the pain clinic that I got medication to lessen the pain. You do not have to suffer go back to your doctor. A tens machine may help you. Take care xx
