Outline Productions are making a brand new TV health series and are looking for volunteers to take part in an exciting new study!

We will be testing a 'home remedy' (approved safe) as a possible treatment for knee osteoarthritis.

This fun and safe study is run by qualified health professionals and will investigate the science behind a remedy that has been claimed to be a potential cure for crippling osteoarthritis.

I have severe patellofemoral osteoarthritis in both knees and might be interested so long as I know what it is you intend to test on me/us.

Thank you so much for your message. We would love to speak with you and tell you more about the TV series and the pilot study we are running! My colleague Anna is available all morning to chat by phone - you can reach her directly on 020 7424 7673 (she's very nice, I promise!).

I can let you know now though that we are testing a type of insole to see if it is beneficial for knee osteoarthritis. We are also investigating the mechanism behind the insole to see how it could be working.

One of our contributors suffers from knee OA and claims that this home treatment has effectively cured him - leaving him pain-free and functioning normally in just a few weeks. The study would essentially involve wearing these insoles for 2 weeks. You would also be required to attend a 'before' and 'after' assessment day so that we can monitor any improvements and determine how/if it is working.

This study is based in the Manchester area and participants would be required to attend a 'before' and 'after' assessment day to determine if the treatment is effective. Whilst we would never exclude people from outside of this area, we would need to be reassured that you would be able to attend these days.

I am interested in volunteering for this study. I have suffered with Chronic Pain since 1989. My pain is mainly low back, right thigh, leg and foot. I also have pain in my Piriformis muscle. I have had some pain in both knees which has been diagnosed as Osteoarthritis.
