Ovarian cancer stage 4 mastised serious high grade hello brave ladys can anyone help had partial bowel surgery 2 years ago been good now recurrence consultant talking about womb ovaries and spleen removed after 3 sessions chemo anyone experienced this thanks in advance gooood luck all

Hello PaumicB123, I had secondary surgery for an ovarian cancer recurrence before any more chem but, I think, several ladies here will have experienced what your consultant is suggesting. Also, always remember, as an NHS patient, you are allowed a second opinion with another specialised centre, such as Christies or some of the London Hospitals (where my secondary surgery was done) so, again, the Ovacome Support Team may help point you to your nearest specialist centre and consultant.

Hi, I had op then chemo then recurrence, another op, then radiation. My cancer was at an earlier stage though. No advice to offer but sending all good wishes for a positive outcome. You are one of these 'brave ladies'. Hugs. xx
