Taxol ovarian cancer

So the back of my throat is bleeding through! On taxol! Had this on other treatments! Anyone experienced this! Gargling with all sorts! Could it be low platelets? 🙄 just another Thing to deal with along with bowels farts you name it ! Talk about pushing you to the limit! God give me a break 🙏

Thanks Laura, just spoke with them, it’s basically previous treatments that have weakened blood vessels at back of throat! One was avastin as was on it a long time but reassured it’s normal! Unless it didn’t stop xx

Hi guys very poorly they perforated my bowel put me a coma for two week told my family was not going to make it sent in a preist🙏Was in icu for two weeks now back on wards! Colonoscopy two stomas getting ther told terminal x4 profiling showed cancer estrogen fed ! Terminal scary but still some out there saying not a death sentence!🙏 so much pain but still options! Any one else been terminal after such a big mistake they have made! Trying harder to communicate but on lots of drugs 🙏🙏🙏🙏 god blesss us all 😘😘😘😘

Hello, I have this problem with the blood vessels in the back of my nose after Avastin caused permanent damage. You need medical help if it doesn’t stop...best of luck xx

It’s not bad and it’s stopped! Just damaged vessels that are weak and very prone to treatment apparently 🙄 another day in the life of oc! Now got a small haemorrhoid just to add to list! And calcium up 😂

I’m so glad it’s stopped . That must have been frightening. I got very scared with inexplicable nosebleeds before surgery and during taxol. It seems to leave our circulation system weaker than it was.

The piles are another deep joy! The steroid suppositories are helpful if you can get them prescribed.

Did the steroid suppositories take long to work? Also is it normal to have so much wind and bowel noise! Always looking for a toilet! Hoping it will calm down, ca125 coming down about 30 a week! Slow but in the right direction! Still h Got hair? 🙏 xx

Yes they work within the day to take away pain. Complete shrinkage may take longer . I’ve got used to passing wind all day and may soon be able to produce a tune. Being vegetarian means the aroma isn’t terrible but I’m glad when there’s padding traffic or a loud bit on the telly.

Glad the hair is still there!

Now we just need a hairdresser that is a bit deaf.
