Mirvetuximab Soravtansine Clinical trial

Good morning all,

Has anyone been on a clinical trial for this drug? The trial I'm on is called Piccolo and its a monotherapy.

I have had two treatments so far and am waiting for blood and CAT scan to find out whether it's having the desired effect.

The side effects aren't bad, mainly fatigue and diarrhea. My trial is for platinum sensitive people and I think the only previous trial was with platinum resistent people, results not published yet so I have very little info on anticipated outcomes. Plus I live in Spain so it's a bit more tricky for me to get the full picture.

Any experiences/opinions gratefully received.

Thank you so much for the link, so useful to hear other experiences. I blocked this forum for a while when I was feeling really low and didn't want to read anything about cancer but it was silly because the support/ advice/ information available from this community is incredible!
