I am on a trial drug called Mirvetuximab soravtansine, and have been receiving this drug since August of this year. I live in Idaho and travel every three weeks to UCLA in California to receive my treatment.. Looks like it is keeping my OC stable with no new tumors on my CT a few weeks ago.

Hi my friends, I’m on my third recurrence and my Dr. is trying to get me approved for mirvetuximab soravtansine treatment. It is a drug that has not been approved yet by the FDA, but is in a stage three clinical trial that looks promising for the near future. Any thoughts? Sonja

The mirasol trial has been mentioned but when I put it in the search bar on here to see real experiences of the drug IMGN853 / MIRV / Mirvetuximab Soravtansine there is not really any information. I believe the drug was used in the FORWARD 1 trial, and a trial called SORAYA ??

So went to find out about the potential trial which was a phase 3 trial for the drug Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (IMGN853). It works by attaching itself to a protein on the surface of cancer cells which are folate receptors.

Is anyone in a clinical trial with Mirvetuximab? There is currently a trial recruiting at City of Hope I'm looking into.

The trial involves Immunogen's mirvetuximab soravtansine. Has anybody been on a trial with this. If I don't qualify, I was told I might be put on Doxorubicin. I will write an update when I find out what is coming next. Bless all of you out there fighting this with me.
