Missing friends

Has anybody heard anything from LA or Kryssy?

I know they have both been having a tough time of late and I often think about them. Hopefully they’re both gathering the troops ready for the next onslaught.

Beewild has been more active on the OCUK Facebook group, but hasn’t been on here for a while x

The group is called “Ovarian Cancer UK” so if you search for it on Facebook, hopefully you would find it. I wish you could add photos to posts on HealthUnlocked because then I could show you a screenshot of it. I think it’s the only group with that specific name, so you should be able to find it 😊 (I still like it on here more!).

I had an email from Kryssy this morning (we share tales of bowel woe 😉). She seems OK at the moment.

LA is also quite active on FB, but I’m sure she’ll be along here at some point.

Hi Everyone,

Me again! I just checked with Kryssy about giving you all a proper update and she said it was fine... She's just finished weekly taxol and has scans & results coming up in the next couple of weeks. She's still having bowel problems, but is coping with things as they are. She apologises for her radio silence on here, but is still suffering deeply from the loss of so many of our ladies in quick succession, but she checks in here frequently, and hopes to return when she feels stronger. Finally she thanks everyone for thinking of her and sending love.
