Missing a friend

Hello Ladies,

Did any of you hear from Bubbles-1. I last heard from her at the end of January and I wrote to her in early February and have not received any reply. I am sure we all hope she is ok.

How was she doing in January?

Any progress for treatment?

She is so smart and informed.

I just hope they have been able to rescue her.

Hi Laura,

Last time I heard from her she was recovering well after intensive radiotherapy. She had some weakness in her legs but otherwise ok. Waiting for MRI scan in a few weeks. That was a month ago. I have written to her 10 days ago and had no reply.

Hi Marycha, it's Martin Michelle's (bubbles) husband. I'm sorry to have to tell you Marycha and lots of Michelle's friends on this forum, that very sadly Michelle passed away last Tuesday. Michelle had battled cancer for4 years and wasn't doing to badly, as a lot ofypu know she had brain mets diagnosed in November, she had undergone wbrt but had lots of side effects which resulted in Michelle being in hospital for 3weeks. Michelle was an inspiration to many and her positively and shear determination was evident throughout her illness.

I wish all you ladies all the health and happiness in the world and thankyou all for the support love and friendship you've shown my beautiful Michelle on through this forum. Martin and Erin xx
