Another new approach!!

I just wanted to let u all know I'm still fighting!! After Avastin, and 2 platinum chemos in addition to all the rest and olaparib, which was great for 18 month, then cisplatin, then gems. (I think) I again reacted to platinum and we are now going to start another Astrazeneca.

7 plus years and counting, stage 4, 70 yrs old.

See below. Oh and there is a new immunotherapy but I do not have all details. It's supposed to begin here in Maryland in a couple of months.

This new parp inhibitor I'm starting its called Zejula

I'll post when I know more

So glad you have a great will and mindset! 💪 It sounds like you have great physicians and great options! I have heard great things about the parp inhibitor Zejula! It is being considered for me as well when I have completed Carbo, Taxol and Avastin. Sending you lots of thoughts and love! 🥰 Peggy xx

Thank u ladies. One thing I wanted to add both the olaparib and zejula here in the states have a prohibitive cost BUT if u show that your income it’s under a certain level and in most cases it is .. they will ship it to u FREE OF CHARGE!!

good luck and God bless!!
