HI Kazzza, waiting is the toughest, we all agree.
Talking to Anna, the Ovacome Support manager on their freephone 0800 008 7054 may calm your nerves a little...and then if your worst fears are fulfilled, she can be really supportive while you work out your questions and possible options.
Take care and fingers crossed what is causing these symptoms isn't oc.
Warm wishes, Lesley
Hi Kazzza so sorry you’re going through this worrying time but good that you have now had the blood test, it should only take a few days for them to get the result and next steps if needed. If raised they should be getting you to have an ultrasound scan - try and push for a vaginal one as well as abdominal as sometimes these are more accurate. If it’s not raised - personally I would still push for the scans as there are cases where women don’t have elevated ca125 but still have OC. In my case my first result was only 40 so it caused very little alarm and this led to a delay in my diagnosis. I truly hope it’s something else for you but it’s best to be sure and not leave things to chance. Good luck

Hi, you're not going to like this reply but those were my exact symptoms about 18 months ago. That DOES NOT mean they are the same for you. (Please just read this as information, NOT a diagnosis by any means.) Ultimately my stomach looked like I was 6 months pregnant, extremely fatigued, full after eating just bites, and no appetite, which was strange for me. I had some urinary/bowel symptoms too, but I thought is was just a continuation of the IBS I've had for years. I was ultimately diagnosed with OC in the ER (Emergency Room) in the Seattle area. I had a CT scan there as well as a vaginal ultrasound. I also had the fluid (called ascites) drained at that time. I don't know where you are located (I'm in the states) but please don't wait on this. Worst case you will get an early diagnosis and start treatment if necessary. Best case it will be something minor and you will be relieved. Deep inside I knew there was something wrong. I didn't want it to be what it is, but it was a relief ultimately because I started treatment right away. Our bodies know what's happening.....I wish you all the best and please keep us posted.
Hi
So sorry to hear you are going through this and I hope it gets sorted for you very soon.
Again it does NOT mean it will be the same for you but I had very similar symptoms back in early 2014.
After doing my very best to ignore what was going on I too ended up going to A&E where a brilliant young triage nurse diagnosed me straight away. Not what I wanted to hear but going to A&E got things moving .
Wishing you all the very best.
Love
