Hi Mortigger, they found mine with a CT scran using a coloured liquid put in my arm & a drink with something in it. I didn't have a mri but I can't tell you which one would be best because I don't know.

If you are still not happy ask if they could take the cyst out. By the way have you seen any one other than your own GP. It might be an idea to ask to see a gynecologist seeing you have some kind of on going problem there. Good luck keep us up dated on what they suggest next. Take care Cindyxx

I think you need to have this verified by Gynae oncologist to be certain

Hi. I think I would be more than happy to take their diagnosis, particularly as you are going to be monitored every 3 months. If there's a change and you are still having problems then I would push them for removal. From my own experience I think if there was a suspicion of malignancy you would be having more tests by now.

Of course, you have been through a worrying time (we've all been there and it's not nice to say the very least!) but you have a great result too. Maybe see your GP again to get some sort of perspective on this?

Wishing you well.
