Need advice

About a month ago, I began to get very gassy with gas being trapped in my upper back area on right side and my stomach getting very bloated. I noticed stewed tomatoes caused it, then lemon meringue pie seemed to be another culprit. I began to take Tums and they helped but it eventually turned to acid reflux which is making me absolutely miserable. I finally called my primary care doctor yesterday because it keeps getting worse and I was taking the maximum dose of Tums for too long. I begin one profile tomorrow. But the past couple of weeks my urine has been a bright yellow, much darker than usual. I drink enough water. The PA I spoke with brushed this off as did the intake nurse but I am very concerned. Could the Tums antacid be causing this. I see the doctor in a week but I am worried.
